Brief Description:  Looked for fuel leaks

Still noticing fuel smell in the cockpit. Removed the tunnel cover below the Panel Base, the baggage floor covers, the Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation and the access panels at the bottom of the fuselage. I did not see signs of fuel leak. However, the T-01219A Fuel Vent Air Line easily pulled out from the T-01219D Fuel Vent Airline Adapter. Also the T-01219A Air Line had some kinks at 3 places where it is secured by tie wraps to the T-01219B Fuel Vent Line. Reassembled the Fuel Vent Airline Adapters (T-01219A and T-01219E) and inserted the T-01219A Air Line. Applied clear RTV around the T-01219A Air Line where it connects to the modified SB-42 BSLF rivet at the F-1282-R Bottom skin. Replaced the tie wraps around the the T-01219A Air Line and made them slightly loodse to avoid kinking. Replaced the Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation, the tunnel covers, baggage floor covers, access panels and carpeting
