Brief Description: Riveting of F-1211 bulkhead assembly.
Received pneumatic squeezer from Avery Tools a couple of days ago and started using it today. I practiced using it with scrap aluminum and then proceeded to use it on the Bulkhead Assembly (F-1211). Wow, this is easy! I'll have less sore muscles from now on. Got carried away (and less careful) using the squeezer and did not notice the cupped die was not centered and resulted in a deep gouge in the center of the rivet head. I will have to drill this rivet out and replace later. I wish I had purchased the squeezer early on. It is really a big help. I still have to rivet the nutplates and the Hinge Brackets to complete this page.
