Brief Description: Stabilator Front Spar Service Bulletin
Match-drilled #30 the holes in the HS-01232 Stabilator Horn Doublers into the HS-1211 Spar Cap. Drilled six #40 holes in each Stabilator Horn (WD-1207 and WD-1208) into the HS-01232 doublers and Spar Cap. Countersunk the #40 holes in the doublers. Primed the doublers and riveted them to the Stabilator Horns.
Removed the Hinge Brackets (HS-1213 A & B). Drilled out 3 rivets from each side (those attaching the HS-1202 Fwd Spar and HS-1213 Inspar Ribs). Match-drilled #30 holes in the HS-01231D Stabilator Hinge Doublers into the HS-1202 Fwd Spar. Deburred the holes and edges. Separated the HS-01231A Stabilator Hinge Angles and deburred the edges. Primed the HS-01231D Doublers and the HS-01231A Angles
