Brief Description: Troubleshooting AutoPilot modules and Trim
Skyview Installation Guide, PAP G1-1: As I mentioned in previous entries the AP Knob Panels and other avionics were not being recognized by the Skyview system. Read the SV Install Guide and went to the Setup Menu and then Network Setup. After a few minutes, SV found the AP Servos, ADAHRS, EMS and AP Knob Panels. Will do the calibration later.
31B-04, 31-14: The trim still does not work. There is no movement of the AST when the Trim Switch is pressed. Checked where the WH P-30 wires are inserted and will verify after checking the plans again. Had to remove the cushion clamp holding the harnesses and cut several tie wraps to access the d-sub connectors and wires.
53-06: Looking at the screws connecting the F-00045B ADS-B Brackets to the GTR 200 tray I noticed there are no threads past the nuts. I had used AN507-6R6 screws which are not long enough. Removed the ADS-B receiver and then replaced the screws with AN507-6R8 and then reinstalled the receiver.
