Brief Description:  ADS-B upgrade, installed other avionics

Installed the WH-00093 Harness between the ADS-B-470 Receiver and AV-5000A Control Module. Sprayed DeOx It to the terminals prior to installation. Routed the WH-00095 ADS-B Antenna Cable from the Panel Base through the tunnel and all the way to ther rear of the Fuselage. I had to unscrew the F-12125 Over Rudder Wireway and move it aft so I could slide the cable over the rudder pedals. It was slow and an effort working in a very narrow space with the body bent and arms extended. Installed fuses for the ADS-B in the AV-50001 Power and Switch Module and the F-12123 Fuse Holder.

Replaced the system blocks with the new ones (F-1276D). Installed the Wire Cover Plate between the fwd and middle system blocks but had to make additional bends to clear the Flaperon Mixer Arm (F-1219A). Joggled the fuel lines to avoid interference from the nearby moving parts. Had some difficulty passing the ADS-B Antenna Cable through the cushioned clamp near the fuel pump because of the very narrow space. Routed the cable through the F-1016HX Guide Bracket.
Riveted the F-00020 Antenna Doubler to the F-1282-L Bottom Left Skin. Drilled three #30 holes in the F-1208 Fuselage Frame that will be used to secure the antenna cable with zip ties. Bolted the AV-00006 Blade ADS-B Antenna to the bottom of the Tailcone.

Section 42C-11: Attached the AV-50002 Ignition and Start Module to the left Instrument Panel. Sprayed DeOx IT to the harness terminals and connected the Ignition & Start Module to the AV-50000A Control Module.

42C-14: Installed the AV FC-403-12 Panel Mount Stereo Intercom to the right Instrument Panel following the instructions in the FlightCom manual. The supplied screws seemed to be too long and as I was tightening one of the screws, the nut inside the unit became loose. I had to cut the screw so I could remove the unit. I'll need to send it back to FlightCom for repair or replacement. The instructions in the FightCom manual and 42C-14 are different. The FlightCom manual instructs to place the nuts around the Volume and Sq
