Match drilled door pins into door and fabrivated cabin doo pin guides in right door. While testing fit, the foward pin slipped and tore part of fuse skin. Needless to say I was very upset. Took photos and will call Vans and post on Matronics forum (update - Vans and forums indicated no big deal. Stop drill, deburr and fill with strucutral filler and inspet at annuals). The whole mechanism is very tight and will have to work on that, but overall not to bad.
