After much thought and consulation with other builders and Vans tech, it was decided that I would add some glass to over-trimed areas and replace rivets with correct ones. Added epoxy and five layers of 9 oz E-glass to lateral areas of cabin top. Replace universal rivets with correct flush rivets in door opening area. Will fit top again tomorrow.
