After checking a little closer this morning I realized I messed up the left F-605C doubler yesterday. I should have drilled the matched holes first, then trimmed it to a 1/4" radius on the end. By trimming first, I don't have the 1/4" edge thickness from the center of the hole. This part is directily part of the assembly attaching the rear wing spar to the fuselage. I will need to order a new one from Vans as well as the 1/4" shim stock. Its Christmas Eve so I won't get anymore done tonight or for a couple of days. Merry Christmas!
