I spent some time looking for F-661EF flap bearing blocks, couldn't find them so I called Van's. They were in the bag with the flap actuator and hardware, go figure.
I made some pretty good progress on F-705. First I trimmed F-705B center section bar to length. Next was to cut F-605C spar doublers to size and rounded/deburred them. I then match drilled them using F-705A as a template. While the assembly was clecoed together I marked and drilled the F-634 seat belt anchors in postion. I trimmed some of the anchor flanges to allow bolt/rivet clearance.
