Brief Description:  Cowling - Oil Cooler/Engine Inlet Duct

Got the oil cooler/engine inlet duct shape complete. Looking into it you can see the oil cooler. The duct needs a bit of cleaning up. To the right and letf are the pick off ducts for cabin/carby/engine inlets.

Behind the oil cooler is a duct running along the floor of the lower cowl that joins up to the augmentor centre section and the oulet door. In this way oil cooler air is not mixed back into the lower engine cooling plenum. My thinking here is that the oil cooler outlet air is of higher pressure than the lower plenum. So by not mixing them the lower plenum presure is lower. Also the duct provides a diffuser for the oil cooler outlet air which is supposed to help.
