In place of the normal outlet hole i have built an augmentor or jet pump. This uses the high velocity exhaust gas to pump the cooling air out of the lower plenum. The shape fits tot he lower cowl outlet hole. THe exhaust outlets will blow into the tubes. In between the tubes is a ramp that will be a door for venting the oil cooler air which is tunneled along the floor of the lower cowl to the outlet in the augmentor.
