Building up the shape for the cooling air inlet diffuser duct. This joins the inlet hole to the plenum. Using 100mm PVC water pipe fittings to form the round shape to the inlet hole. Using spray foam and plaster to form the shape. The inlet shape directs air up and over thre forward cylinder and head. Under the inlet is the forward cylinder/head baffle that directs air back oround the front of the cylinder.
See how this works. May need to change this once I see how the temps go on the front cylinder.
