Brief Description: Centre Spar Modifcation - Assembly
Finished assemble of the centre spar. Used the hand riveter to squeeze the solid rivets that are added to the top cap join. Needed to add some helper to the handles. The riveter was OK but I got tired squeezing the 60 rivets. Test fitted the centre spar to the wings. Looks good. I thought I had a reamer but no. Ordered a set on ebay. So moved back to the fuselage proper and dissassembled the rest fo the seat area.
The centre console sides had a number of extra pilot holes in them from original assemble. So I decided to remake those. The dashboard skin had been modified. i think the original owner 9David) was going to build a gullwing canopy. the skin fits but is different to the plan. So I need to make another one of these also.
Cockpit now ready to start putting it all back together.
