Sounds simple enough to lock wire the flight control turn buckels. Came out well. The biggest issue was getting the tension in the cables right before and afte the lock wireing. Don't ask how it changes between those two events. I don't know but it seems to.
Also setting up the ailerons took lot of work. The ailerons need to be adjusted so they operate correctly. 11.5 degrees up and down. THere are only 5 places to adjust them. Took ages. And the turn buckles are in a rather difficult spot to get your hands on. As usual what sounds easy ends up taking a long time and hurting.
