Well... here's what I've been wasting my time on... updating my garage. Like one friend complained, "You can't fly your garage!" I've added five new fresh electrical circuits (I got tired of dragging extension cords around), added new seals all around my garage door since its December here in Texas, plumbed a compressed air manifold from my compressor to various places on the ceiling (got tired of dragging an air hose around, and only had one source at a time), and most importantly, I added a split system HVAC. As I like to say, now I have a "state of the art" aircraft manufacturing facility!!!
I have read that construction in a temperature controlled environment gives the best result as the metal won't be constantly stretching and shrinking when we have 70 degree weather one day and 35 degrees the next! Plus, its a much better environment for the builder! :-)
