Yes !!!!! I'm finished with painting... well I sure there are a few bits and pieces that will need to be painted, but I'm not sure which ones and how they will need to be painted until they become involved in the assembly process. Other than the future cowl that I'll have to fabricate, I'm done with painting large, multi colored parts. I taped off the curve from my wingtip template, then prepped, filled, primed, and painted the tip of the rudder and fin white to match the wingtips and the elevator and stabilizer. After removing the tape and masking plastic, I placed the two together to see how they will look on the airplane, looks good to me!
You know what this means, right?? I will begin the engine build process next!! I am really excited about the engine. Then it will be install/connect instruments then I'll be on final assembly.
