Cut SNX-T06-04 Elevator Hinge Half to length (quantity 2) then deburred ends. Constructed SNX-T06-05 Forward Root Rib Clip from 0.063" Aluminum Sheet. After cutting basic shape, holes were drilled and deburred in required locations. The Clips (quantity 2) were then bent to 78 degrees as called by the plans using the metal brake. The SNX-T06-01 Elevator Horn Weld Assembly was inspected and cleaned.
