Brief Description: Started Horizontal Stabilizer Install
The horizontal stabilizer was removed from it's storage location and placed on the aft fuselage section. As indicated in the plans, the bottom skin of the horizontal stabilizer needed to be trimed to allow the needed elevator deflection. This was done with a file. The horiz. stab. was then placed back on the aft fuselage and adjusted to correctly placement. It was then clamped in place.
