After allowing the epoxy to setup over night, the two cowl halves were separated and the added tab was cleaned up and shaped correctliy. The Fuel Filler door was constructed and attached to the left cowl half. All remaining filler was sanded down smooth. The cowl was placed on the airframe and the hinge pins were installed. Three of the the hinge pins are having difficulty installing. After much work trying to get them installed it was determinded that the placement was slightly off and must be corrected if easy installation is wanted. hmmm.
