Brief Description: Cowl Exhaust Opening

Sonex calls for 47-50 square inches of opening for the two exhaust tunnels. The left tunnel, which had been enlarged, needed to have it's opening closed a small amount. A metal form was made and 4 layers of fiberglass was added to enclose this side.
