I received two prop hub spacer tools from John Davis and the ASA. One was made for an AeroVee which I can't use. The other one was made for a Jabiru. Since I had the tools and ability to make a little nicer part, I decided to go that route. Using a router and a hole cutting tool, the new Prop Hub Spacer tool was made according to the plans. The spinner plate was used to precisely position the holes and they were up-drilled to 3/8". The six perimeter holes were drill as shown in the plane for securing the cowl.
