To accomodate the external latch, the canopy Lexan had to be notched. I decided to re-make the two outside side pieces to make them fit better.I also decided to make them 1/4" taller. I cut the joggle strip to the correct shape. The stack-up was clamped together and the pilot holes were used to drill the joggle strip. After doing this for both sides, the stack-up was cleco'd to each side and the holes were "up drilled" to their final size.
