Sonex recommends building the inter-cylinder cooling baffes a little larger than what's provided by Jabiru with the engine. I have started making the four baffles from 0.025 6061-T6 sheet. A sample pattern is shown in the Sonex Engine Installation Manual. There is still a little cleanup to do on the parts.
