The Tie-Down hole was created using a hole punch. The Access hole was then Flanged using the Flange press that was earlier created. The Wing skin was then primed with Zinc Oxide paint along the rib lines. The bottom aft ribs were deburred. The wing was flipped and the top skin was removed. The deburring process was started on the Top skin.
