After trying to get the Aileron Tip Ribs to fit, I decided to check the Sonex LTD provided parts against the plans. I found that the part provided by Sonex LTD were built incorrectly. I decided to make two new tip ribs with some of the spare 0.025" aluminum I had around. Once the part was cutout and bent to the required shape it fit the aileron perfectly.
