Brief Description: LEFT WING INSTALLED FLAP TRIM/INSTALL
Trimmed left flap skin and fit flap arm and torque tube, same as right wing. Picture shows how I locked aileron in neutral postion while drilling hole in flap torque tube for bolt.
3rd picture show the baggage rib were it meeting the turtle deck skin, had some puckers. You can see in the phote were the rib is lower than the skin. I ended up repostioning upper part of the right rib by pushing up on the rib so it was tight to the skin and redrilling hole, dimpling, added a back up washer to rivet before pulling. The left side was ok.
Also installed 3/16 tubing so 1/8" brake line tubing to run inside and hooked lowerer brake line fittings.
