Ran into the classic problem normally associated with installed Vac pump on accessory case - there's little room for mounting hardware. It took 1 hour to fish the 4th nut on Vac pump pad stud. Was able to use 3/8" crows foot wrench to tighten and torque 3 nuts. But couldn't move the 4th nut. Consulted with A&P on field to see if he had special mini-sized crows foot to handle this bolt. He explained that they just use a flat blade screwdriver and a hammer to 'torque' the nut down.
Hmmmm. I ordered the special $30 snap on vac pump crows foot to complete job. Had to remove oil filter but not mags.
