cleaned up doors , trimmed for 3/32 clearance all around . located placement of upper gear door to main gear attach angles and clamped in place . traced the wing profile alone all outer edges of the door panel . Cut away as much excess as possible on the table saw , then hand planed to rough profile . Finally brought the profile down to final shape by line sanding - note the slight remnant of the profie line in picture three - still a little more too remove - but i will do this after I bolt the door in place .
