I used a number of jigging and blocking technics to ensure optimal placement and operation of gear . Overall the gear and brackets are within 1/16 of the plans call outs . The gear nest nicely with no interfearance . The gear operation is free and no binding - In the position as shown the gear will free float out of the wells if not secured to the stops - very very easy travel .
