Brief Description:  various notes upon block one completion

Nice job on the matirials list at spruce. Have about 3 feet left of various angle for future use.At first I was laying out the parts and finishing to net dimention prior to laying out drill patterns, I found things to be far more acurate to rough out the stock to gross dimentions and then square up tthe ends to net dimention first. This allows the use of all edges for measurement at layout . I then center punch and drill holes as required - since the part is still square it sits nicely in the vise. Next process is the band saw to trim to near net dimentions, then the belt/ disc sander to truedimentions . Finally the part is deburred and polished to remove any saw marks with a 90 degree (small ) air tool and 3M drylock abrasive disc. Patrs are then checked for accuracy , clean with laquerer thinner and primed in zinc chromate. All parts are individually bagged labled and filed .No call out on rivets for bellcrank
