Brief Description:  Match drill J-channels with bottom skin (10-7)

Now I get to play with the big pieces. The instruction says to use some 38” sawhorses, but mine are only 35”, soi I added some blocks underneath. For a milli-second, I thought about buying some taller ones, but figured some blocks would work just fine. Once I got the frames clecoed, then I slid in the 1047-F channels. You need to make sure the channel goes between the bottom skin and the frame. Once I saw that it was all lined up (with the line in the center of the holes and the end points lined up, I started to drill the first hole. I started with the end point, which also goes through the holes in the frame, but I found it works better if you start with one hole away from the end. This way you can keep the end point crosshair lined up in the hole. Make sure you cleco all the holes between the frame and the bottom skin, except where the j-channel goes, so everything is lined up. There are a lot of holes to drill.
