The bars used to attach the horizontal stabilizer are a thick piece of aluminum that are pre punched, which causes them to go out of flatness. The technique prescribed in the directions worked well, it just takes some time and some patience. I also drilled out the small holes to 5/8 diameter and match drilled the support structure on the F-1011 bulkhead.
