Brief Description: Fabricate hinges for trim tabs (9-18)
I measured out the hinge lengths, marked and drilled the first hole. I then clamped them in place. The one trim tab fit nicely, but one has a little twist to it and some of the holes don’t line up in free state. When the clecos are installed, it lines up, so ended up having to work my way down to drill the holes in the hinge. I also used some of the butterfly clamping clecos to pull it tight. I suspect I may have to redo this one, but it will work for now. My wife was interested in helping out, so as I drilled, she placed in the clecos…nice to have us working together.
