Brief Description: Starting to Rivet VS skin (6-5,6-6)
I took some days off to do a little hiking in the Great Smokies, but now I’m getting back to working on the RV-10. Over the next few months, I’ll be bouncing back and forth between the condition inspection on the -12 and building the -10. I started with attaching the skeleton together and determined I need more practice when it comes to riveting the round head rivets. I’m starting to get more comfortable with the flush rivets. I’m about halfway through getting the skin attached on the VS. Only had to drill out a few, ironically these are the ones that I had easy access with the squeezer.
