Brief Description: Clecoed and drilled HS-609PP to HS-603PP
With the reinforcement bars finished I clecoed the bars on to the HS-603PP spar channels and final drilled all the holes to #30. Where the HS-708 attaches to the rear spar, I drilled those holes to #21. I then clecoed the HS-412PP and HS-413PP elevator hinges brackets to the rear spar assembly and ran a #30 drill through all the holes. I next clamped the HS-412PP and HS-413PP elevator bearing bracket around the VA-146 bearing. I clecoed the assembly to the rear spar and match drilled the holes through the bearing assembly.
