Started work on the HS-609PP reinforcement bars by removing the milling marks using a vixen file. I rounded the ends using a 1" belt sander and then broke the edges with an edge deburring tool. Where the bars lay in the HS-603PP spar channels I found interference with the flange radius. I used a router with a 1/8" quarter round bit to machine the outside edge of the reinforcement bars where it contacts the flange radius bend. Once that was done I used 320 and 400 grit wet sandpaper the finish both bars to a satin finish.
