Riveted the reinforcement plates R-606PP, 607PP and 608PP to the rudder spar R-902 with AN470AD4-5 rivets using my pneumatic squeezer. Riveted the lower rib R-904 to the rudder spar. Riveted the R-912 counterbalance rib to the spar and then riveted the R-913 counterbalance skin to the counterbalance rib, but not the spar. Installed the E-614-020 counterweight using #10 screws and torqued to 20-25 inch pounds. Rivets and screws specified on drawing DWG 7.
