Brief Description: Install Roll Servo Wiring Harness Into Wing
The wing ribs already have holes at the rib root for installing wires and pitot tubing. I installed snap ring bushings from the roll servo location to the wing root. I started at the servo and fed the wire harness through each bushing. Once I was through the last bushing I pulled the wire harness until the connector was in postion at the servo. I connected the jackscrew backshell to the servo and tightened the two retaining screws. Later I will secure the harness with clamps and maybe use some fuel tank sealant at each snap ring bushing. I also put together the Garmin Heated/AOA pitot harness which consisted of two 14 gauge power wires and one 22 gauge AOA sensing wire. I pulled the harness through heat shrink tubing and installed the harness with snap ring bushings in the left wing. I will install the connectors later.
