I continued with the installation of the Gretz pitot probe bracket. I test fit the pitot bracket and spacer over the pitot probe support and found I needed to slightly enlarge the oval hole. I did this with my die grinder and carefully enlarged the opening. I installed the bracket to the wing spar flange with 4 clecoes from the back side. Next I clecoed the wing skin in place and removed the bracket clecoes and installed them from the outside. Then I used my angle drill attachment and a #40 drill bit to drill the holes through the wing skin using the holes in the bracket as a guide. I had to pull the wing skin out from the top and reach down with the angle drill. Once I had that done, I removed the wing skin and clecoed the pitot bracket to the back side of the skin and drilled the 4 holes for #8 screws. I also marked the oval hole location in the skin using the oval cutout in the bracket as a template. I removed the bracket and deburred, cleaned and primed the bracket, spacer and angle. I also cleaned and primed the wing rib where the angle would be riveted. I clecoed the angle in place and installed 4 AN470AD4-4 rivets using my pneumatic squeezer.
