My 0.3100 ream finally came in the mail and now I can finish the wing aft spar attachment hole. I used a scrap piece of metal to drill a letter N drill size hole and finish the hole with my new 0.3100 ream. I have a nice snug fit with the AN5-10 bolt. I reamed my guide block first and then clamped it it place using the ream as a guide to line up the letter size N hole I had drilled earlier. I sparayed some some cutting lube in the hole and proceeded to ream the hole to final size. I removed the guide block, cleaned the hole and inserted an AN5-10 bolt as called for in DWG 38. I had a nice snug fit. I repeated the steps and reamed the left wing aft spar attachment. This critical step is now complete.
