Brief Description:  Fix Ailerons at Neutral Position

I had mounted both ailerons to the wings and plans call for fixing the ailerons at neutral for rigging. DWG 12A calls for two wood boards with reference lines drawn that parallel two holes in the wing rib. I had some scrap 1/2" plywood and ripped two pieces to 3 1/2" wide and 3 feet long. I drew 2 parallel lines down the center of each board the width of an AN3 bolt. I measured the distance between the two holes on the wing rib and transferred those to the boards. I drill the four holes and bolted the boards to the end of the ribs. Next I cut 4 small blocks of wood from 1/2" plywood and using screws, I secured the ailerons in place with a block of wood on either side to hold the aileron at neutral, which was centered between the two lines.
