Earlier I had already started on the F-635 elevator bellcrank by pulling all the parts including the hardware. I fabricated the F-635B spacer as called for on DWG 26. Next I clecoed the bellcrank assembly together with the center bearing and match drilled all the holes. I disassembled and deburred the components and cleaned ready for priming. After priming I clecoed the assembly back together and using my pneumatic squeezer riveted it together with AN470AD4-6 rivets. Now I had to cut the F-635C spacers from AT6-058 x 3/8 aluminum tubing to 11/16". I trial fit the bellcrank assembly to the fusalage and no further spacer trimming was required. I removed the bellcrank and stored it for later installation.
