First I had to cut 8 F-6117C angles to 4" from AA6-063 x 3/4 x 3/4 angle stock. I deburred all the edges. Next I deburred the edges of the 4 F-6117A brake side plates. I bought cast aluminum brake pedals on the web instead of using Van's pedals. I clamped the brake side paltes to the F-6117C angles I had just cut and proceeded to drill the 5 holes into all four sets. I drilled the 5th(bottom Hole) to 3/16" as specified in DWG 37. I then clamped the brake pedals to the F-6117C angles and drilled those holes as specified. Last I machine countersunk the 4 brake side plates for AN426AD4-6 rivets. I deburred all the holes and set the pieces aside for priming later.
