The F-705 bulkhead assembly holds the seat adjustment supports and is shown in DWG 20. I had to cut 2 F-705J angles to 16 1/4" from AA6-063 x 3/4 x 3/4 angle stock. I also had to cut 2 F-705L shims to 16 1/4" from 0.063 2024-T3 alclad. Next I had to bend the F-705K plates length wise down the center to 4.0 degrees using my metal brake. I clamped the 3 pieces in place on top of the F-705F channel as shown in DWG 20 and drilled the top holes to number 40 and the aft holes to 1/8" according to the spacing shown. I removed both seat sets, deburred the holes and all edges. Last step was to machine countersink the F-705K plates using my drill press.
