I installed the rear deck as well as stiffeners called for in SL-14. They reinforce the side skins just above the tailwheel spring holder to prevent wrinkling.
I made four spacers and clamped the tail wheel spring mount into place. I wasn't paying that much attention and made sure that the tooling hole in the bulkhead was perfectly centered. That's not what the instructions said. They said to make sure the mount was laterally centered on the tooling hole. The vertical center is set by measurements on the bulkheads. I drilled the holes through the tail spring mount and one of them was at the very edge of the fixture.
