Laid out rivets line and trim lines on elevator skin. Trimmed skin to fit elevator frame and clamped to table to drill and riveted. drilled all rivet holes and deburred, primed and riveted skin to elevator frame. Riveted nut plates in place for fiberglass wing tips. Ran electrical wire for navigation lights through tubing.
