Brief Description:  Tip #2

When you’re working on the outside corners you want them to be tight to the bulkheads. There are many suggestions to do this. Mike with BushCaddy technical suggested I use hex clecos. I found wing nut clecos on sale and ordered 20 of the 1/8" size and 10 of the 3/16" size. I first clamp the corners to the bulkheads then drilling the lower rivet hole first and installed a standard cleco. (Do the first hole on the full length of the outside corner.) Then removed the clamp on the top of the corner and re-stretch it and clamped again, drill the next hole and use the wing cleco. Do the full length again. Continue the same with the rest of the holes. I finished the last hole with a standard cleco. After I did this and removed the corners for deburring I found out I could use the standard clecos to hold it and then use the wing clecos on the other corners. That is why you only need twenty of them.
