Brief Description: Working on the lower engine cowl
I did a lot of removal of gel-coat from the pre molded scoop we got for our radiator inlet. I taped up the radiator in preperation for the up coming layups, and actually got the first one done. Of coarse I had to cut out the bid glass, wet it out and lay it up. It take a lot of time! OK OK so I'm slow! I also sanded out the inlet of the scoop and packed the forward lip with glass bubbles and resin. Then painted the inside of the scoop with resin. This will smooth the air flow at the inlet.
