Brief Description:  Complete lower rt wing skin

Lowered the skin from the ceiling polley system and layed back over the wing. Uncleco'd and hoisted the 12' 2x4 back up to the ceiling. When walking under it my tie-off slipped and damn thing clocked me a good one on my forehead. After wife applied butterfly bandage and later new-skin (OUCH), I'm good to go. Congratualation, it just reaffirmed that this is a bonafide project (takes an injury of some sort, a little blood in the game).
Anyhow, patched up, I went back down and deburred, acetoned, and Cortec'd the lower skin area that I couldn't take care of while it was hoisted in the air. I did this in the morning so I could work more in the evening.
I then cleco'd the lower skin, re-leveled the wing, and final riveted the lower skin. I did the lower side of the rear spar since where the ailerons go since they attach to the top of the rear spar, and avoided the lower rear spar where the flaps go. I got the rt wing flaps down for side/placement check.
I decided to actually put some temporary rivets (I circled them with sharpie, you can see in one of the pics accompanying) in a few places where the flap attacheds just to hold the structure better when I flip the wing tomorrow. I can easily drill these few out at need.
Picked up a new 1/2" drill bit today so I can have an actual sharp one for smoother/easier deburring.
