Brief Description:  Last nose-rib skin drilling

Still had the last rib line to drill in the nose skin. It wasn't pre-drilled because Zenith didn't know if builder was going to be using extended range (15gal) tank or standard (12gal). So with the skin off, I jigged in a piece on the rear side of the spar so I could first draw an extended line off of the rib so once the skin was layed back down, I could draw the drill line.
I used the handy bendable guide-ruler to line up with the lower holes and drilled.
Well, crapzilla. I hadn't asked my wife to help hold the rib in place so once i pulled the skin back up, I could see that the drilling was way off the center of the flange. Knowing that I was now going to replace the rib, I tried to see if I could gerry-rig my rib-stick with a quick-clamp pressing on the nose-rib and redrill....more for practice than anything else. Looks like the second drill line worked well. So now waiting on the new shipment from Zenith.
Finished the night with drilling the vent line from the fuel tank in the bottom of the leading edge skin. Followed advice of HomebuiltHelp video by first cleaning up the inside skin real nice, then when placing the fuel tank, scrape the drain line on the inside of the skin. This sorta worked. To make it far more precise, I ended up putting the tank in place and pulling the rib 4 out (uncleco'd) and marked the exact spot. Drilled. Perfect placement.
